Psalm 8:3-9
In this poem from the Zabur, the Prophet Daud (PBUH) describes how Allah made humans different from everything else and God has a special love for humans. God has also given humans a special level of authority over everything on the earth that God made. The Prophet Daud concludes his poem with praise of Allah.

John 3:3-5
Due to this great love Allah has for humans, Allah makes the way for humans to have a relationship with him. Hazrat Isa al Masis (PBUH) is the one Allah chose to make this relationship possible. These verses describe how this relationship begins. These verses talk about being born of water and the Spirit. What this means is this: When a person prays and tells Hazrat Isa that they accept his Messiahship, then Hazrat Isa al Masih will send Allah's Spirit upon them. Allah's Spirit gives each person a completely new start in life. That new start is like being born again. At the moment the Spirit descends upon them, they are washed clean from their sins and they are given a new heart, a completely new set of desires. This is the promise Allah made in Ezekiel 36:25-27. "Being born of water and the Spirit" is not literal, it is not physical, it is completely spiritual.

John 1:12-13
Again, this is not literal, physical language. It is spiritual. When we accept the Messiahship of Jesus, we are given Allah's Spirit. When we receive God's Spirit it is the same as being born of Allah. And when we receive Allah's Spirit we are given the incredible privilege of being called Allah's children.

Romans 8:15-16
This gift of the Spirit was so important that Rasool Paul (PBUH) wrote about it in his letter to the Romans. Receiving the Spirit and being born of Allah is not just an idea. It is real. It is so real that Allah's Spirit tells us from deep within our hearts that we have become Allah's children.

1 John 3:1-3
Allah loves us very much. He wants to call us his children and he wants us to call him Father. Hazrat Isa al Masih is the one who makes this relationship possible. And because of this, we who have the love of Allah in our hearts want to be pure just like Hazrat Isa al Masih is pure.
